Kay was born in Auckland and has lived all her life in New Zealand.
Her middle eastern heritage comes down to her from her grandmother, and her grandfather introduced her French ancestry. Kay`s love of all things beautiful in nature, and her keen eye for artistry, make her and her lens come together in harmony to express framed moments of pure magic – overflowing with delicious simplicity, style, and the essence of beauty.
Kay has technical prowess and designs and produces her work to a level of the highest standard. Her work is true to her projected ideal through the eye of her lens. The words of a late and famous photographer touched Kay many years ago. “There is only you and your camera. The limitations in your photography are in yourself for what we see is what we are." Ernst Haas
That is what inspires her. Kay hopes you will be inspired too.

The poppies are a tribute to my dear Dad who passed away in June 2009. He was my father, friend and mentor. He was strong and constant (the taller poppy), the other poppy being me his daughter always being looked after and loved. Thanks Pop.
